Sorry but we were disappointed. We purchased the devices for help acclimating to higher elevations (5, 000 to 8,000 feet) and in particular, wanted to use the devices while sleeping. The devices are very loud (even at a setting of 2) and the alarm goes off when falling into a deep sleep which then wakes you up defeating the purpose of using the device.

So, how can I turn off the alarm? My normal resting heart rate (RHR) at sea level is about 46 bpm. My normal respiratory rate while sleeping is 14.1. Are these levels too low and are thus triggering the alarm?
